What's included
Using our HEPA-filtered vacuums, we vacuum most surfaces using crevice tools & brush attachments to effectively remove construction dust.
We will also use our disposable dusters to dust other hard-to-reach surfaces like vents, ceiling fans, and more.
We’ll wipe down all surfaces including walls, countertops, tables, desks, shelves, & windowsills.
We’ll vacuum & wipe the interiors of kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers to clear away dust and small debris.
*This service can be omitted upon request.
We’ll clean light fixtures, fans, switches, and outlets.
Additionally, we’ll clean & polish appliances, such as stovetops, microwaves, inside of ovens, refrigerators, & sinks.
We’ll clean the interior of windows, glass surfaces, & mirrors.
*Windows interior can be excluded, upon request.
We’ll thoroughly clean all types of flooring, such as hardwood, tile, laminate, or carpet. Our team will sweep, and mop with Mrs. Meyer’s® & O-Cedar™ RinseClean™ (bucket system, not spray mop), vacuum, to remove any dirt & dust.
*Steam mopping can be added upon request.

There are certain tasks and activities that fall outside the scope of our service. Here are some things that our team typically cannot do during a post-construction cleaning:
Construction or Renovation Work: Our team is not equipped to perform any construction or renovation work. We specialize in cleaning and restoring the space after the construction or renovation process is completed.
Hazardous Material Handling: Our team cannot handle or dispose of hazardous materials, such as asbestos, lead paint, or chemicals. It is essential to engage specialized professionals who are trained and certified to handle hazardous materials safely.
Heavy Lifting or Moving: While we can clean around furniture and objects, our team cannot perform heavy lifting or moving of large items. It is the responsibility of the property owner or project manager to arrange for the relocation of heavy furniture or equipment.
Structural Repairs or Alterations: Our service focuses on cleaning and tidying up the space. We do not provide structural repairs or alterations to the property, such as fixing walls, ceilings, or flooring.
Exterior Cleaning: Our post-construction cleaning service primarily focuses on the interior of the property. We do not typically handle exterior cleaning tasks, such as power washing, window cleaning from the outside, or cleaning of outdoor spaces.
Electrical or Plumbing Work: Our team is not qualified to perform any electrical or plumbing work. If there are issues with electrical connections, plumbing fixtures, or any other related tasks, it is necessary to hire licensed professionals in those respective fields.

Nope, we provide all of our own supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use your own supplies, please let us know beforehand.
Yes – absolutely! However, It is preferable to secure the pet if it there’s a potential to disrupt the service.
For health reasons, our teams will not clean blood, feces, vomit, or urine from animals or humans.
