You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time with no charges. For rescheduling and/or cancellations within 24 hours of the service arrival time, a late fee of $89.00 will apply. As a courtesy to our recurring clients, the first-time rescheduling is free of charge. Additionally, for recurring clients, the rate may vary based on the frequency of cleaning, considering when the last cleaning occurred and when the next one is scheduled.
