Billing & Pricing
You will be charged using the payment method provided, same day after the service is completed.
The cost of your service depends on factors such as the size of your home, the specific type of cleaning required, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the frequency of the service, and any additional services you choose to include.
Appointments & Scheduling
If you choose to skip a recurring appointment, the rate for your next service will be adjusted according to the time elapsed between the last service and the upcoming one.
For cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours before your scheduled service, an $89.00 late fee may apply. Same-day cancellations will result in a 50% charge based on the quoted price.
Due to the varying durations of home cleanings, we provide a one to two-hour arrival window instead of an exact time. If you have specific scheduling needs, please contact us, and we will strive to accommodate your preferences.
You will receive a text message once our team is en-route with the exact ETA they need to arrive to your home.
You can reschedule your appointment by simply calling, texting, or emailing us. Make sure to reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, to avoid the late rescheduling fee.
Home Access
No, provided there’s a way for the team to enter the home, and any relevant service notes are communicated to us in advance.

Nope, we provide all of our own supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use your own supplies, please let us know beforehand.
For health reasons, our teams will not clean blood, feces, vomit, or urine from animals or humans.

We provide organizing services for closets, pantries, bedrooms, and any other space in your home.

Yes, we can provide an estimate if pictures are provided. However, an in-person is highly recommended quote for a more accurate estimate.
